After a series of Heart Expansions and seismic experiences shattered decades of conditioning - utterly transforming my Life - my journey continues to unravel me into the Consciousness of the Heart.
I am a Meditation Teacher & Pranayama Teacher, Coach with 5+ years experience with 1:1 and groups, and avid reader. I gain insights and wisdom through my own personal experiences of the Heart, through mentors, through working with plants, and my own Meditations.
Through workshops, 1:1 personalised containers, online & in-person courses, and Readings based on Numerology to give you insight into the Blueprint of your Life Experience, my Work Centres around Healing the Heart, de-armouring the Heart, Meditation and Breath-work techniques that connect you to your Heart, developing self-awareness and truly knowing how to Heal, emotional processing using nature and plants, and returning you to your centre and your true essence; Love.
