Join us for 30 Days of Heart Healing, Heart Opening Practice.
ONLINE
A combination of self-guided and teacher-led; enjoy a library of Heart Centred Meditations, breathwork, talks, yoga, and Journal Prompts, and weekly Live Classes on Sundays that connect you to your Heart.
Everyone will be joined together into a group chat on Telegram, so we can connect, share, and relate to others, and create community!
The intention is to root you into your heart and guide you towards Spiritual Discipline; the invitation is for you to choose to drop in to a Heart Centred Practice from the library everyday; choosing between pre-recorded classes, journal prompts, meditations, Kundalini Yoga, or breath journeys.
There will be a Weekly Live Class, and I will be joined along the way by Guest Teachers Kirsty Robinson and Jess Beardsley.
We will be supporting, guiding, and encouraging your journey in the group chat!
We begin Sunday, January 11th, with an opening Zoom Call that will kick start our 30 Days, that ends just before Valentines Day!
