Opening to Deeper Love | Heart Opening | Inner Alchemy | Tangible Shifts
4 Week In-Person Experience, open to 5 people only!
Each Week rooting you deeper into your Heart & into Love, through Meditation, Breathwork, Somatic Expression, & Nature Connection.
We will also be working alongside a plant medicine tincture; each person will receive a 30ml bottle which we will be working with throughout the journey.
This journey will mobilise stagnant emotional sediment from the Heart; allowing you to become more deeply rooted in truth, in Love, and open you to a richer, expanded experience.
Spiritual Teaching, Meditation & Breathwork Journeys, and the healing power of nature will open you into your Heart in new ways!
Meditation Teaching will weave throughout the journey, deepening each week.
Weekly Classes, Starting Wednesday July 30th, 2025. Classes will be held in my space in Belper Town Centre, or outdoors in nature.
Group WhatsApp group set up, for us to all remain in contact between the classes!
There will be a different recorded meditation for you to work with each week, as well as recommended daily practices and journal prompts to work with. There will be online resources for you to access as well, to check back in on any infomation covered in the classes!
This is for you if:
You are ready to move out of old relational patterns or repeating cycles in your life.
You feel you have potential for MORE than you are currently experiencing and you feel ready to access more of your power.
You no longer wish to be a victim of your experience.
You wish to feel deeply connected to your Heart, purpose, and the rhythm of Life.
You have done some ‘healing work’ but are yet to see much tangible difference in your outer Life.
You want to have fun!! Heal! And connect with new people.
